This treatment is customize for teenage and adult acne, designed to balance, hydrate, clear acne impaction and prepare the skin for the home care regimen. High Frequency or LED therapy light may be used to kill bacteria causing acne flare. Our acne facial is performed with deep cleansing, steam and exfoliation for extractions, mild chemical peel and/or a calming mask.

Chemical peels are a non-invasive, non-surgical means to improve the appearance of acne and acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, age spots, tone and texture imperfections, on the face, neck, and chest. Alpha or beta hydroxy acids are used to resurface the top layer of skin cells to address skin texture, tone, anti-aging and/or acne concerns. Treatments can be done on an individual basis, but a series of 3 - 6 is usually recommended spaced apart 2-3 weeks. Chemical peels can be progressive, superficial, medium or deep. Different grades or percentages increase the damage or depth desired; we use up to 30 % grades. Most peels are superficial with no downtime.
